The first time we make these type of necklaces, we used plain cheerios but most of it ended up in my daughter’s mouth. Anyway, I never did like the candies that were on them and there are so many options (cereal, candies, cookies, etc) available nowadays – so there’s no excuse not to string your own (or have your kids do it)! I feel like my level of exhaustion has reached new heights, and it’s been hard to feel inspired to play in new and fun ways with my kids. I work at home with my husband and together we are raising (and partially homeschooling) our four children in the Carolinas.
